Owen Bennett was a 20 year old man who sadly passed away on Monday the 22nd of July 2019. Owen was a kind, fun loving character who was loved by all that new him. Owen was a keen rugby player throughout his life representing Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni, Rhymney Valley Schools, Aber Valley Wolves, Caerphilly RFC, Bargoed RFC and recently signed for Nelson RFC. Owen's smile and character lit up any room. He put a smile on everyone's face and was a role model for the younger players at Caerphilly RFC. Owen's passing will leave a large void in the lives of the people he knew and touched. He was loved by many. All monies raised will go to raise awareness of mental health in young men and to support Owen's family with the funeral costs. Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
