Power Athletics and Caerphilly RFC Youth come together as one this season

We are pleased to announce another local business partnership with Caerphilly RFC Youth.  Power Athletics already has strong links with international rugby and the development of its players within the region. Being the strength and conditioning facility for the Newport Gwent Dragons this is a perfect location for our players to condition themselves for a challenging season ahead. Simon Church the lead for Strength and Conditioning at the Gwent Dragons and the Director of Power Athletics is keen to have our players complete their strength and conditioning sessions in their purpose built performance facility and to allow our players the access to sports performance, sports massage and nutrition advice.  Power Athletics are extremely passionate about coaching and helping their members to exceed their goals.  They offer classed based session, one-to-one training and bespoke training programmes to cater for all needs and own personal schedule.  We are extremely proud to have Power Athletics as a sponsor and we thank them for their support.  For details on their location, opening times and specific training services visit their website at https://www.powerathleticscaerphilly.com or follow them on social media.
