Farewell to Matthew and Lee

The curtains have finally come down for this season with our youth team winning silver ware on Saturday the 18/05/19. Now we have to say farewell to our senior coaches of Lee Beech and Matthew Nuthall. Lee who came in to on the 20th February to guide us through to the end of the season has done a fantastic job and we are glad that he has regained his passion of coaching the glorious game we all love. We wish lee all of the best in the future where ever he carries on his coaching journey. Matthew on the other hand has been with us for three seasons, initially coming in with Brett Davey as a player coach and was instrumental in our visit to the principality stadium and the promotion from division 3. He has become a part of the furniture within the three years and a great clubman on and off the field. Matthew has decided to take a post in Aberdare this coming season to further his coaching career and everyone at Caerphilly wish him the very best for the future. I am sure no matter where Matthew goes to play or coach he would be a big hit just like he has been in Caerphilly. Matthew, Lee the doors to our club will always be open to you, and you will both have a warm welcome whenever you visit. Thank you both for all of your help and sharing your rugby wisdom that you have gained to our up and coming players.  CRFC
